Every LOSIMU piece is subject to availability.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Your order will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed and the order is accepted by us.

Since we work with limited-run products, some pieces may sell out. If we're unable to fulfil an accepted order, we'll contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

Please ensure your order details, including your contact information and shipping address, are accurate before completing your purchase.

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Our free-shipping threshold and other delivery details are available on our Shipping page.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Orders can be processed once the required payment is successfully completed.

If a pricing or listing error occurs, we'll take reasonable steps to contact you and resolve the issue. We will not use an error as a reason to disregard any rights you have under applicable law.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
